The diamond-pattern flutes and cutting edges produce a fine finish on composite materials including fiberglass FR4 G10 Carbon Fiber ceramics graphite.

 Their extreme hardness means they are brittle, so they’re not recommended for use with hand tools. A highly rigid setup, such as a CNC machine, is necessary to prevent the bit from breaking. Available in fishtail or drill point plunge tips.
