Quantity
Each quantity equals one (1) grout removal bit.
✔ Mix Sizes — Quantity Discounts Apply
- Combine 1/16", 3/32", and 1/8" sizes in the same order
- Quantity discounts apply to the total number of bits
- Build the set you need — no same-size packs required
Choose a size based on your grout line width and how aggressive you want the cut to be. All bits use a 1/8" (3.175mm) shank compatible with Dremel® and similar rotary tools.
Why Solid Carbide?
- Excellent wear resistance for abrasive grout, mortar residue, and cement-based materials
- Cuts cleanly compared to softer steel bits that dull quickly
- Made in USA
Choose the Right Size
Tip: If you’re unsure, start smaller. You can always widen the joint with a larger bit.
- 1/16" (Fine) — best for narrow grout lines and detail work
- 3/32" (Medium) — a good all-around size for common grout joints
- 1/8" (Aggressive) — faster removal for wider joints and heavier grout removal
Compatible Tools & Guides
- Shank: 1/8" (fits Dremel® and similar rotary tools)
- Tool guide compatibility: works with Dremel 565 and Dremel 566 cutting guides
- Not compatible with: Dremel 568-01 grout removal depth-setting attachment
Works Great On
- Tile grout (floor and wall)

How to Use (Best Results)
- Wear eye protection and a dust mask — grout dust is abrasive.
- Start at a moderate speed, then increase only as needed.
- Use light pressure and keep the tool moving to avoid chipping tile edges.
- Make a shallow pass first, then deepen gradually.
- Vacuum dust as you go for better visibility and cooler cutting.
- Construction: premium solid carbide
