Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in resalable condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original resalable condition, including any original packaging when applicable. Refunds are issued after returned items are received, inspected, and approved.

Returns requested after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion. Approved late returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Custom, clearance, special-order, used, or bulk/large-quantity items may not be eligible for return. If a return is approved for these items, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may apply.

Orders returned due to customer error, including ordering the wrong item, wrong size, wrong quantity, or no longer needing the product, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.

Refunds, less any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges, are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned merchandise.
