Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in resalable condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition, including any original packaging when applicable. Refunds are issued after the returned items are received and inspected.

Returns requested after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion only. Approved late returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Custom, clearance, special-order, used, or bulk/large-quantity items may not be eligible for return, or may be subject to a restocking fee if a return is approved.
