Factory Resharpened Solid Carbide Value
These are factory resharpened solid carbide drills, offering performance comparable to new drills at a lower cost. They are professional-grade micro drills with standard 1/8" shanks, intended for stable, accurate drilling setups where rigidity and precision matter.
Unlike lightweight hobby-style wire drill assortments, these are solid carbide micro drills with full 1/8" shanks and are packaged in an indexed storage case for organized size selection.
Use note: Solid carbide drills are precision tools that require a stable setup. For best results, use a pin vise, drill press, milling machine, micro drill fixture, or other controlled holder that keeps the jet square to the drill. Avoid handheld electric drills, side pressure, bending, or forcing the drill.
Important Jet Tuning Note
Drilling a carburetor jet is a permanent modification. Increase size gradually and do not skip too far at once. For the most exact fuel-flow work, remember that jet flow can depend on more than the hole diameter alone, including the entry shape, exit shape, and finish of the jet.
