Factory Resharpened Carbide Drills

These drills have been professionally factory resharpened to restore the cutting edges and provide reliable precision performance at a lower cost than comparable new carbide drills. Because they are resharpened tools, minor cosmetic differences and slight flute-length variation may occur. The listed cutting diameter and standard 1/8" shank remain the key ordering specifications.

Important Use Notes

  • Solid carbide drills are hard and accurate but also brittle.
  • Use a stable drill press, CNC machine, milling machine, PCB drill holder, or other controlled setup.
  • Avoid handheld electric drills, bending, side-loading, or forcing the drill.
  • For the smallest diameters, minimize runout and use especially light feed pressure.
