This collection focuses on small-diameter composite routing tools commonly used for abrasive sheet materials. For carbon fiber, PCD diamond-coated routers are usually the best starting point for tool life and edge quality. Diamond-flute / cross-cut carbide routers are useful for G10, FR-4, fiberglass, PCB laminate, and brittle composite sheets. Chip breaker routers may be useful where chip control or thicker laminate cutting is important.
