This Kyocera Series 1735 precision carbide end mill features a 0.0630" (1/16") cutting diameter, .315" length of cut, 3-flute 0° helix geometry, 1.50" overall length, and a standard 1/8" shank. It is designed for side routing or milling printed circuit boards, gold tab connectors, soft materials, and soft metals where clean edges are important.

The 3-flute zero-helix design is intended for clean-edge cutting rather than aggressive chip evacuation. This makes it useful for PCB materials, soft laminates, plastics, and soft non-ferrous materials where edge finish and control are important. Use appropriate feeds, speeds, workholding, and chip clearing for your material and machine.
