100-Piece Carbide Micro Drill Set – #80 to #12
This 100-piece solid carbide micro drill set includes 2 drills each of 50 carefully selected sizes, covering a broad range from #80 (.0135") through #12 (.1890"). It provides a practical assortment of small carbide drills for PCB work, electronics prototyping, CNC machining, model making, repair work, carburetor applications, and general precision small-hole drilling.
The set combines commonly used number-drill, metric, and fractional-inch equivalent sizes. It is designed for buyers who want a wide working range without purchasing dozens of individual drill sizes separately.
Use the option selector to choose between Lightly Used Drills and Factory Resharpened Drills.
Lightly Used Drills: Previously used solid carbide drills offered as an economical tooling option. They may show cosmetic variation or evidence of prior use, but are supplied for practical shop, hobby, repair, and general drilling applications.
Factory Resharpened Drills: Previously used solid carbide drills that have been professionally resharpened. This option is recommended for buyers who prefer renewed cutting edges and a more consistent cutting condition.

Benefits
- Broad 50-size assortment from .0135" through .1890"
- Two drills of every included size provide a backup
- Metric, number-drill, and fractional reference sizes in one set
- Solid carbide construction for rigid, accurate small-hole drilling
- Standard 1/8" shanks fit many PCB drill holders, CNC collets, and precision drilling setups
- Choice of economical lightly used drills or factory-resharpened drills
Important Use Note
Solid carbide drills are rigid and wear resistant, but they are also brittle. Use a stable holder, low-runout spindle, drill press, mill, CNC machine, pin vise, or other controlled setup. Keep the drill aligned with the work and avoid side pressure, bending, or forcing the tool.
The exact drill style, flute length, point geometry, manufacturer, ring color, and cosmetic appearance may vary across the assortment. The included diameters and quantities are shown in the size chart above.
