These PCD diamond coated carbide router bits are designed for CNC routing of abrasive materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, G-10/FR-4, PCB materials, composite laminates, and similar abrasive sheet goods.

Unlike standard carbide or diamond-flute geometry, these tools feature a diamond-coated cutting surface for significantly improved wear resistance when cutting abrasive composites.
