This Kyocera Series 1300 Gold Tab Premium Edge PCB router is a specialized solid carbide routing tool designed for printed circuit board fabrication. It is intended for routing PCB gold tab connectors, plated solder features, bus bars, and other plated edge features where a clean, controlled edge is important.

Although this tool looks similar to a small multi-flute end mill, Kyocera classifies the Series 1300 as a PCB router. The drill point tip helps with entry into the workpiece, while the five-flute / multiple-flute cutting geometry is designed for fine-edge routing work in PCB materials and plated features.
