This single O-flute carbide end mill features a 0.0787" (2.00mm) cutting diameter, 22mm (.866") length of cut, 1.50" overall length, and a standard 1/8" shank. The titanium nitride (TiN) coating provides added surface hardness and wear resistance compared with uncoated carbide.

The O-flute geometry is especially well suited for cutting acrylic, plastic, PVC, and other softer materials. It may also be used in aluminum and suitable non-ferrous materials when proper feeds, speeds, chip clearing, and workholding are used.

The up-cut design helps evacuate chips efficiently and can improve bottom-edge cut quality in many routing applications. Because up-cut tools pull chips upward, the top edge may require proper hold-down, masking, or finishing depending on the material.

Important setup note: This tool has a long 22mm LOC relative to its 2.00mm cutting diameter. Use light passes, conservative feeds, good chip clearing, and secure workholding to reduce deflection, chatter, or tool breakage.
