This single O-flute carbide end mill features a 6mm cutting diameter, 25mm length of cut, single O-flute geometry, 50mm overall length, and a 6mm shank. Its bright, uncoated solid carbide construction makes it a practical choice for CNC routing, milling, profiling, slotting, and trimming in plastics and suitable non-ferrous materials.

The O-flute geometry is especially well suited for cutting acrylic, plastic, PVC, and other softer materials. It may also be used in aluminum and suitable non-ferrous metals when proper feeds, speeds, chip clearing, and workholding are used.

The up-cut design helps evacuate chips efficiently and can improve bottom-edge cut quality in many routing applications. Because up-cut tools pull chips upward, the top edge may require proper hold-down, masking, or finishing depending on the material.

Important setup note: This tool has a long 25mm LOC. Use appropriate pass depth, conservative feeds, good chip clearing, and secure workholding to reduce deflection, chatter, or tool breakage.
