This 0.030" (0.76mm) 3-flute ball nose carbide end mill from Kyocera is manufactured from micro-grain solid carbide and features an extended reach neck design for machining deep or restricted areas in precision CNC milling operations.
Ball nose end mills are commonly used for 3D contour milling, micro-machining, mold work, and fine surface finishing. The rounded cutting tip allows smooth transitions when machining small features and complex curved geometries.
