This RBS-LU diamond flute router bit set includes ten lightly used carbide router bits in seven useful sizes, ranging from .0315" to .1250" / 1/32" to 1/8" / 0.80mm to 3.175mm diameter. The set is a practical assortment for PCB routing, G10/FR4, fiberglass, composites, plastics, wood, and other small CNC routing applications.

These tools are lightly used and offer a strong value for general-purpose, hobby, prototype, shop, and light industrial use. They were originally used in circuit board production, where tight quality and dimensional requirements often remove tools from service before heavy visible wear.

Each tool has a 1/8" shank and fish tail tip. Fish tail tips provide a gentler entry in brittle or layered sheet materials such as PCB board, fiberglass, G10/FR4, and composites. This helps reduce fracturing, splintering, delamination, and back-side breakout when routing delicate or layered materials.

The diamond flute geometry, also called diamond pattern or diamond cut, uses many small cutting edges to produce a controlled cutting action. This geometry is useful for abrasive, brittle, or layered materials where reducing chipping, fraying, delamination, burrs, and edge breakout is important. These are not diamond-coated tools.
