This solid carbide straight-flute end mill is designed for clean CNC cutting in suitable plastics, acrylic, wood, and similar materials. The straight-flute geometry is useful where a more neutral cutting action is preferred compared with aggressive up-cut or down-cut tools.
The square-end tip is suitable for slots, profiles, pockets, and flat-bottom cuts in appropriate materials.
