This solid carbide straight-flute end mill features a 0.1250" (1/8") cutting diameter, .472" length of cut, two straight flutes, square end geometry, 1.50" overall length, and a standard 1/8" shank. It is designed for CNC routing, slotting, profiling, trimming, and detail cutting in suitable materials.

The straight-flute geometry is useful for controlled cutting in materials such as wood, plastic, acrylic, soft laminates, and other appropriate soft materials. Unlike spiral up-cut tools, straight-flute cutters do not aggressively pull chips upward, which may be helpful in some shallow routing and edge-detail applications.

Solid tungsten carbide construction provides rigidity and wear resistance for small CNC machining. The square end geometry is suitable for slotting, profiling, trimming, and flat-bottom cuts in appropriate materials.
