This 1.00mm (0.0394") single O-flute carbide end mill features a 4mm length of cut, 1.50" overall length, 1/8" shank, and a titanium nitride coated finish. It is designed for fine-detail CNC routing, milling, shallow slotting, profiling, and contouring in plastics and suitable non-ferrous materials.

The single O-flute geometry is especially well suited for cutting acrylic, plastic, PVC, and other softer materials. It may also be used in aluminum and suitable non-ferrous metals when proper feeds, speeds, chip clearing, and workholding are used.

The up-cut design helps evacuate chips efficiently and can improve bottom-edge cut quality in many routing applications. Because up-cut tools pull chips upward, the top edge may require proper hold-down, masking, or finishing depending on the material.

The titanium nitride coating provides added surface hardness and wear resistance compared with uncoated carbide, while the small 1.00mm cutting diameter makes this tool useful for precision small-part machining and fine CNC detail work.
