These new Kyocera carbide drill bits are supplied with the depth rings repositioned by Drill Bits Unlimited to a nominal 20.00mm (0.787") from the drill tip to the shank-side face of the ring. Please verify that your machine requires the 20.00mm ring position before ordering.
These new Kyocera precision solid carbide drill bits feature a 0.0394" (1.00mm) cutting diameter, .400" drill depth, 130° point angle, 1.50" overall length, and a standard 1/8" shank.
Designed for precision drilling applications, these micro carbide drills are suitable for PCB prototyping, fiberglass circuit boards, and other appropriate materials. Their solid carbide construction provides the rigidity and wear resistance needed for precision drilling.
The depth rings are manually repositioned to the nominal 20.00mm LPKF setting before shipment, providing an alternative to purchasing standard-ringed drills and adjusting them yourself.
