This Kyocera diamond flute router bit set includes ten new solid carbide router bits in five useful sizes, ranging from .0500" to .1250" / 1.25mm to 3.175mm diameter. The set includes two pieces of each size, making it a convenient assortment for PCB routing, G10/FR4, fiberglass, composites, ceramics, plastics, wood, and other small CNC routing applications.

These are Kyocera USA diamond flute router bits made from solid tungsten carbide. Each tool has a 1/8" shank, 1.50" overall length, up-cut flute direction, and fish tail plunge tip.

The diamond flute geometry, also called diamond pattern or diamond cut, uses many small cutting edges to produce a gentle, controlled cutting action. This geometry is especially useful for abrasive, brittle, or layered materials where reducing chipping, fraying, delamination, and edge breakout is important. These are not diamond-coated tools.

Fish tail plunge tips provide a gentler entry in brittle or layered sheet materials such as PCB board, fiberglass, G10/FR4, and composites. This helps reduce fracturing, splintering, delamination, and back-side breakout when routing delicate or layered materials.
