This 0.1250" (1/8") diamond pattern carbide router bit features a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, .512" length of cut, 1/8" shank, and 1.50" overall length. Sold individually, this solid carbide router is designed for precision routing in abrasive laminates, PCB materials, and composite sheet goods.
The diamond pattern flute geometry is well suited for routing materials such as FR-4, G-10, fiberglass, carbon fiber, phenolic, and similar abrasive composites. Its fish tail tip helps provide cleaner entry in brittle or layered materials and can help reduce splintering, breakout, or fraying at plunge.
The TiN coating helps reduce friction and improve wear resistance, making this router a strong choice for repeated CNC routing operations where cleaner cutting and longer edge life are important.
