This DCF-V1 diamond flute router bit set includes ten new carbide router bits in seven useful sizes, ranging from .0315" to .1250" / 1/32" to 1/8" diameter. The set is a practical assortment for PCB routing, G10/FR4, fiberglass, composites, plastics, wood, and other small CNC routing applications.

Each tool has diamond flute geometry, also called diamond pattern or diamond cut. This geometry uses many small cutting edges to produce a controlled cutting action, making these tools useful for abrasive, brittle, or layered materials where reducing chipping, fraying, delamination, burrs, and edge breakout is important. These are not diamond-coated tools.

The fish tail tip style provides a gentler entry in brittle or layered sheet materials such as PCB board, fiberglass, G10/FR4, and composites. This helps reduce fracturing, splintering, delamination, and back-side breakout when routing delicate or layered materials.
