20° solid carbide V-bit CNC engraver designed for fine detail work, precision engraving, and PCB circuit isolation.
This narrow-angle V-bit provides an excellent balance between ultra-fine detail and slightly increased cutting strength compared to lower angles. The 20° geometry allows for precise engraving with controlled material removal, making it ideal for circuit trace isolation, fine lettering, and intricate designs.
Why choose a 20° V-bit?
A 20° tip angle offers very fine engraving capability while providing slightly more durability than a 15° tool. It is a great choice when you need high detail but want a bit more edge strength for longer tool life and more consistent performance across varied materials.
