50-Piece Carbide Micro Drill Set ā 10 Selected Sizes
This 50-piece solid carbide micro drill set includes 5 drills each of 10 selected sizes, ranging from .0120" through .0472". The assortment includes useful number-drill, metric, and fractional-reference sizes for PCB drilling, electronics work, CNC machining, model making, carburetor applications, repair work, and other precision small-hole drilling.
Unlike an incremental drill set, the AAA set concentrates on selected commonly useful diameters and provides five drills of every included size. This makes it a practical choice for users who want multiple replacements of each diameter rather than a larger number of one-piece sizes.
Use the option selector to choose between Lightly Used Drills and Factory Resharpened Drills.
Lightly Used Drills: Previously used solid carbide drills offered as an economical option. Cosmetic appearance and evidence of prior use may vary.
Factory Resharpened Drills: Professionally resharpened solid carbide drills with cutting edges restored to like-new condition.
Best For
- PCB drilling and electronics prototyping
- Precision CNC and small-hole drilling
- Model making and detailed fabrication
- Carburetor jet checking and selected resizing work
- Repair work requiring several commonly used micro sizes
- Users who prefer five drills per size for replacements and repeat work

Important Use Note
Solid carbide drills are rigid and wear resistant, but they are also brittle. Use a stable holder, low-runout spindle, drill press, mill, CNC machine, micro drill fixture, pin vise, or other controlled setup. Keep the drill aligned with the work and avoid side pressure, bending, or forcing the tool.
The exact drill style, flute length, point geometry, manufacturer, ring color, and cosmetic appearance may vary across the assortment. The included diameters and quantities are shown in the size chart above.
