Carburetor Jet Drill Set – 25 Piece #75–#51

This 25-piece factory resharpened solid carbide numbered drill set is intended for careful carburetor jet tuning, checking, and resizing work. The set includes one drill each from #75 through #51, covering small sizes commonly used for brass carburetor jets and other precision fuel-metering parts.

These are factory resharpened carbide drills, not new-production drills. They have been professionally sharpened for reuse and are a practical value option for carburetor jet work, small engine tuning, and other small-hole applications where controlled sizing is important.

Useful for motorcycle carburetors, kart engines, small engines, scooters, radio-controlled engine carburetors, and custom jet tuning where small, controlled size changes are needed.

Why Factory Resharpened Carbide?

Factory resharpened carbide drills offer a cost-effective way to get precision solid carbide micro drills at a lower price than many new carbide drill sets. Carbide is rigid and accurate, which helps reduce flex when working with very small hole sizes.

Because these drills are resharpened, cosmetic appearance may vary slightly from drill to drill. This does not affect their intended use for careful carburetor jet tuning and small-hole drilling when properly supported.

Use note: Carbide is hard but brittle. Avoid bending, side pressure, hand wobble, or forcing the drill. For best results, use a pin vise, drill press, micro drill fixture, or other controlled setup that keeps the jet square to the drill.

Important Jet Tuning Note

Drilling a carburetor jet is a permanent modification. Increase size gradually and do not skip too far at once. For the most exact fuel-flow work, remember that jet flow can depend on more than the hole diameter alone, including the entry shape, exit shape, and finish of the jet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these new drills?
No. These are factory resharpened solid carbide drills. They have been professionally sharpened for reuse and packaged as a practical carburetor jet tuning set.

Are these for enlarging brass carburetor jets?
Yes. These drills are commonly used for careful resizing of brass carburetor jets in motorcycles, karts, small engines, scooters, and RC engines.

Are these numbered drill sizes?
Yes. This set includes numbered drill sizes #75 through #51.

Are they solid carbide or carbide tipped?
These are solid carbide micro drills, not carbide-tipped drills.

Can I use these by hand?
They can be used carefully in a pin vise or other controlled holder, but carbide drills are brittle. Keep the drill straight, use light pressure, and avoid side loading.
