30 Pc Keihin Pilot, Slow & Main Jet Drill Set – 0.35mm to 1.80mm
This 30-piece factory resharpened solid carbide micro drill set combines the full size ranges of the CDS-K10 Keihin Pilot & Slow Jet Set and the CDS-K20 Keihin Main Jet Set into one complete Keihin-focused assortment.
The set includes one drill each from 0.35 mm through 1.80 mm in 0.05 mm increments, providing broad coverage for Keihin pilot, slow, and main jet work when the required bore diameter is known.
A practical all-in-one choice for Keihin carburetor jet checking, matching, cleaning, and careful resizing work.
How This 30-Piece Set Is Supplied
This complete set is supplied as the combination of the two Keihin component sets below:
- CDS-K10: 10-piece Keihin Pilot & Slow Jet Drill Set, 0.35 mm–0.80 mm
- CDS-K20: 20-piece Keihin Main Jet Drill Set, 0.85 mm–1.80 mm
You will receive the drills in the indexed storage cases used for those component sets. The case labels may identify the CDS-K10 and CDS-K20 sets rather than CDS-K30.
Together, the included cases contain all 30 drills in the complete CDS-K30 assortment, with no duplicate sizes.

Factory Resharpened Solid Carbide
These are professional-grade solid carbide micro drills that have been factory resharpened, providing a cost-effective alternative to new carbide drills.
The full 1/8" shanks provide substantially greater rigidity than lightweight wire-style hobby drill assortments.
These are not new drills. They are factory resharpened tools that have been prepared for continued precision use.
Important Use Information
Solid carbide is extremely hard and wear resistant, but it is also brittle. Use a pin vise, drill press, milling machine, micro-drill fixture, or other controlled holder that keeps the drill straight.
Avoid side pressure, bending, or forcing the drill. These tools are intended for careful precision work rather than flexible hand drilling.
Important Keihin Jet Note
Keihin jet numbering varies by jet type and series, and not every Keihin jet size is included in this set.
Verify the actual jet type and required bore diameter before drilling.
Drilling a jet is a permanent modification. Increase the opening gradually. Fuel flow can also be affected by the shape, length, entry, exit, and finish of the metering passage, not only its diameter.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these new drills?
No. They are factory resharpened solid carbide drills.
What sizes are included?
One drill each from 0.35 mm through 1.80 mm in 0.05 mm increments.
Is this the combination of the 10-piece and 20-piece Keihin sets?
Yes. The CDS-K30 combines the full size ranges of the CDS-K10 and CDS-K20 sets with no duplicate drill sizes.
Why do the storage cases have different set names?
The CDS-K30 is supplied using the indexed cases from the CDS-K10 and CDS-K20 component sets. The case labels may show those individual set names rather than CDS-K30. Together, the cases contain all 30 drills included in the complete set.
Does this set include every Keihin jet size?
No. Keihin uses additional intermediate sizes in some jet series. This set covers thirty selected metric reference sizes from 0.35 mm through 1.80 mm.
Can these be used by hand?
Yes, carefully in a pin vise or other controlled holder. Because solid carbide is brittle, keep the drill straight and avoid side loading.
Will this set work with every Keihin carburetor?
Not necessarily. Keihin carburetors use multiple jet types and size ranges. Confirm the jet type and required diameter before purchasing or modifying a jet.
